is currently the mayor of Dalian Municipal Government. |

dean, associate professor of the finance department, and vice-president(presiding
over work), professor, tutor for doctoral student, president
of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, deputy mayor
of Dalian Municipal Government, member of the standing committee
of the CPC Dalian Committee, executive vice-mayor of Dalian,
member of the standing committee of CPC Liaoning Committee,
deputy governor of Liaoning Provincial Government, deputy
secretary of the CPC Dalian Committee, and was elected the
standing member of the CPC Liaoning Committee, deputy governor
of Liaoning, deputy secretary of CPC Dalian Committee and
mayor of Dalian since January, 2003.
