Responsibilities |
| Liu Junwen is responsible
for militia, double-embrace, civil affairs, rural
economy, commerce, city zone, private economy, the
three north satellites’ development, economic
collaboration, assisting the poor, patronizing Three
Gorges, etc. He is in charge of the Ethnic Affairs
Commission (Religion Bureau), the Civil Affairs Bureau,
the Disabled Persons’ Federation, the Industrial
and Commercial Bureau, the Rural Economic Development
Bureau, the Forestry Management Bureau, the Marine
Fishery Bureau, the Water Business Bureau, the Rural
and Township Enterprises Administrative Bureau, the
Supply and Marketing Agency, the Commerce Bureau(Grain
Bureau), the Aid-the-Poor Office, the Economic Collaboration
Office, the Three Gorges Office, the San Huan General
Company, the Tobacco Monopoly Bureau and the Meteorology
Bureau. |

| Liu Junwen: male, born in Dalian
in 1950, is currently the deputy mayor of Dalian Municipal
Government. |
| Liu Junwen is a master of economics
from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. He successively
served as the standing member of CPC Yingchengze County Branch,
general secretary of the Youth League Yingchengze County Branch,
deputy Party secretary of the CPC Yingchengzi Branch, head
of the Community, deputy party secretary of CPC Ganjingzi
District Committee, administrative chief of Ganjingzi District
Government, deputy secretary-general of Dalian Municipal Government,
Party secretary and director of Dalian Commerce Committee.
He was appointed deputy mayor of Dalian in January 1998.
